This is why I roll my own VPN (OpenWRT with WireGuard).
It’s free, I don’t have to trust a third party provider, and I can configure it any way I want.

This is why I roll my own VPN (OpenWRT with WireGuard).Like the Opera suggestion, I see how that would provide an additional layer of encryption, but I don't see how that would hide my IP address.
