Of course, this would be quite a ballsy move on Pence's part and it would send shock waves through the nation. But apparently Pence would be on solid Constitutional ground. And speaking of ballsy, that would not be half as ballsy as the Dems blatant cheating this election cycle.

That's all VP need even say/explain, if he does this.....that he IS RIGHTING THE WRONG....the proven, blatant FRAUD committed by these states, and their leadership.

Then....turn, and walk away.

And if the Dems decide to appeal to SCOTUS, well SCOTUS already made quite plain last week that they have no interest in intervening in state elections.

Exactly. And the Trump people still have just over three weeks to further document the vote fraud that went on. In my opinion, the fraud is already established beyond a reasonable doubt. But nothing wrong with piling on.
