The LEO thing confused me too, no idea what he meant.
Looked at letter, can’t copy and paste it. He mentions election fraud allegations, NOT actual election fraud. Writes that DOJ will ‘keep looking’.
He never mentions that there has been any election fraud, and his verbal statement said they had found none.
Sounds and reads pretty clearly to me. He doesn’t think there has been any election fraud, and that’s why he got fired.
