If I recall, didn’t they modify the Uniform Code of Military Justice a while back, to make it easier for civilian prosecutors and military JAGs to work together?

Lol. Took away some defendant options. Any lawyer can be defense in MCM. Any good lawyer could prosecute in MCM. It is just a process. Learn it execute it be a genius.
