Have a feeling white hats hacked into SolarWinds and downloaded all network traffic seen on Dominion Nov 3 and Nov 4. On second thought white hats probably already have this data and this was black hats trying to do a Hillary style wipe clean. Like with a cloth.
Clearly, there is likely a connection between SolarWinds and Dominion. Likely, Space Force was observing the actions of all this before, during, after the elections.
