Someone on one of these threads mentioned something about ranked choice voting done in other countries, Dominion machines are used in those countries. Some local elections here in the U.S. use ranked-choice voting for local offices. Alameda County CA did in its General Election on November 3, for local offices, and they used Dominion machines. However the ranked-choice voting ratio (fractional votes) was used outside of that purported limited use, for other races, including federal (presidential). Could someone confirm?

The ranked choice voting algorithm is also considered a “feature” of Dominion for the purposes of conducting a “test” (FAKE) election. The systems should NOT have such embedded in their processes except and only unless it’s intended to be there for purposes of fraud.
