Regarding the letter and Barr’s leaving. PERHAPS Trump does respect Barr and doesn’t want the war to hurt Barr because it will leave scars. The ones he needs need to forge ahead without consideration of personal friends and consequences. Barr is older and he may be trying to protect Barr.
