THIS POST IS A SLIDE, DO NOT READ THIS POST OR I WILL SHOOT MY DOG

The WI supreme Court ruling is confusing at best. The SC confirmed that the votes cast as “indefinitely confined” illegally had to be determined on an individual basis.

The Governor and voting clerks could not change rules (only through Legislative means).

It’s impact remains to be seen after legal-beagles finish hashing it out. (Or each side can say “We Won!!!”).

I believe the ruling is a non-ruling that rules in favor of the Trump supporting lawyers, however, they have to identify each individual who filed as “indefinitely confined” fraudulently.

It’s an important ruling but difficult to effect in that it requires something be done that cannot or is not feasible. I suggest the WI legislature deem it to mean that the vote cannot have been certified.
