Interestingly this is also being blamed on QAnon as a conspiracy, but you know I've heard that story since the 80s. So it is BS blaming it on QAnon. Here is the USA Today article from this year. (2020) I guess Q gets credit for everything these days....

Fact check: An ex-CIA agent did not confess to infecting Bob Marley with fatal cancer

Here is the "proof" that it was no Oxley:
"No such agent"

"The existence of "Bill Oxley" and whether someone with that name was a CIA agent cannot be corroborated, USA TODAY confirmed. Reporters for fact-check sites Snopes and 4News also found no record of Oxley."

-------

This story was around Waaaay before there was a Q. and the following story is from Dec 2017. Not much Q awareness at that time anyway. Only what, a month after Qs first post?

Dying CIA agent claims he planted cancerous needle in shoe he gifted Bob Marley leading to death

December 1, 2017

Highlights worth noting:

"The 79-year-old operative claims he committed the assassinations between March 1974 and August 1985, at a time when he says the CIA “was a law unto itself.” He says he was part of an operative cell of three members which carried out political assassinations across the country and occasionally in foreign countries."

Who was the C_A Dir then?

"In 1976, when then-Governor Jimmy Carter was elected president, DCI Bush called and offered his resignation. Carter accepted Bush’s resignation on January 10, 1977, the day of the Presidential Inauguration."

George H.W. Bush—the 11th Director of Central Intelligence

Back to the blakkpepper article:

“He was succeeding in creating a revolution that used music as a more powerful tool than bullets and bombs. Bob Marley in 1976 was a very serious threat to the global status quo and to the hidden power brokers implementing their plan for a new world order. As far as the agency was concerned, Bob Marley was too successful, too famous, too influential… A Jamaican Rastaman who started using his funds and fame to support causes around the world that were in direct conflict with the CIA… To be honest, he signed his own death warrant.”

“The day he died in Miami was definitely one of the most difficult moments in my career. I felt real bad. For a long time I wasn’t comfortable with my part in his death. But eventually I came to realize it had to be done, for America.”

So whether the story is true or not it did NOT come from Qanon. And Bush Sr. was the C_A Dir.

But I bet that if he were still around today, he would be at least secretly on Q team. And we know the clowns would never do anything like that...

I don’t know why poster posted that, but I just happen to be reading Roger Stone’s book (wanted to help him out) on the Bush Crime Family, and no he didn’t kill him but he did have him shot. As CIA director he approved a campaign to assassinate the popular socialist candidate and part of it was an attack on a concert that Marley had put on that was intended to be non political. However Marley had already made clear he was for Manley, and the concert was attacked by thugs and Marley was shot. He died, however, from cancer.
