Can the Supreme Court solve our fundamental problem?

Election fraud is a huge problem. But America has a problem even bigger than that.

Now the ball is finally at the Supreme Court. At the heart of the issue is whether the election, at least in the states in question, violated the constitutional rights of the voters — or whether the election generally violated the Constitution of the United States.

Elections and constitutional rights are highly interconnected. In democracy, elections are the mechanism where voters choose officials to whom they give power to legislate and to interpret and enforce their laws. They are pivotal to the quality of a country's governance and can greatly affect the country's future.

In political elections, a vote is a manifestation of our constitutional right. Thus, for elections to be credible and have integrity, they must reflect the free expression of the will of the people. To achieve this, elections should be fair, honest, and transparent. When the vote count was done in secret and our votes were mixed with fraudulent votes, manually or through some programmed machines, our constitutional right was denied.

Based on myriad factual and scientific evidence, not to mention the testimonies of numerous whistleblowers, that's exactly what happened in at least six contested states. The election was stolen. Hence, not only is the current outcome of the election in the disputed states unconstitutional, but the election itself is unconstitutional. And a democratic government that follows has only as much legitimacy as the elections themselves.

It would seem that the Constitutional Contract between the government and the governed would be totally broken.

And when you break a contract you are no longer entitled to any benefit from the contract until you repair the breach and the other parties consent to continuing the contract.

If SCOTUS doesn’t do anything about the crime of the century, then get ready for a new SCAMdemic every election cycle that will necessitate the cheat-by-mail-in ballots that will be counted on Dominion machines while Republicans observers will continue to be thrown out. Activist judges will extend the counting to however long it takes to get enough numbers for the Dem to win. SCOTUS can look forward to their exclusive club of 9 growing into a committee of at least 17 with communists filling the ranks.

SCOTUS will be sympathetic to the Election views of the plaintiffs (Texas, et al) but will find the only remedy must be applied in the Congress itself. Anyone optimistic that the Congress will fail to recognize Electors sent by the openly corrupt States???

Everyone will voice platitudes and deflect blame for what may very well be the last partially free and fair election in our Nation!

It is apparent that corruption is the problem that needs to be resolved or it will be the cause of the end of the United States of American.

Yes corruption has been part of American history, but has it become overwhelming and become the majority of the activity of our government?

Do the majority of Americans support or at least accept corruption? I don’t think so, but it is not far off.

It’s a portentous decision, because the result of the decision will be extremely different — depending.

TrumpWorld, versus BidenWorld — Or HassisWorld — could hardly be more different. All our lives will be profoundly affected, including the lives of the members of the SCOTUS themselves.

There’s a good chance of a “latch” effect, where if the choice is Biden/HarrisWorld, there will be no going back later.

Therefore, choose wisely.

No one here knows what “Biden World” looks like.

America won’t even get 4 years.

China is calling in markers. They’ve absorbed Hong Kong and are ready to take on Taiwan. They’ve expanded into Africa.

They’re going to feed Americans to dogs, so that they can eat the dogs.

Trump has to stop all of this to save the Nation. I think he might, but 4 more years is awfully short time to right this ship.

They’ve fixed every other issue they have tackled. Of course they will fix this one. (Yes, joking)

The party about to lose the election by razor thin margins in the 11th hour in several states has asked for protection against vote fraud for decades.
The party about to win the election by razor thin margins in the 11th hour insisted vote fraud was rare, isolated and fought increased protections against fraud.
Whether or not the election is skewed by fraud, anyone unwilling to understand why the aggrieved party is skeptical and frustrated is acting in bad faith.
