So according to you they were all out of traffic lanes, free and clear of traffic, yet their is bicycle debris and what appears to be a covered up body, all over the traffic lanes?

We responded to a bicyclist who was hit by a truck while he was riding several feet out of the traffic lane on the right shoulder. His body ended up in the ditch on the left shoulder, but his shoes and bicycle ended up on the other side of chain link fence on the right side of the road.

The trucker was fooling with his phone and drove onto the shoulder. There were a bunch of witnesses and they all stood around while the unconscious cyclist drowned in 6 inches of water in the ditch.

But since you are so knowledgeable of what can be sold in court... explain the physics of how that happened.

Big deal...I know of cases where people or their torsos were ejected out the sunroofs of a porsche and landed 80 feet away in the opposing lanes, resulting in their bodies being run over by 3 vehicles. Other cases I am aware of where violent rollovers ejected the driver with such force, their body was hanging from an overhead freeway sign. Btw, debris, not all, but some debris will fall straight down at point of impact. Not all the debris will be blown all over the place. Tell tale signs investigators look for.

Btw, I never said, suggested or implied I knew all the facts here. I'm just stating the obvious regarding bicycling on desert highways.

Btw, were you a fireman playing investigator?
