Well, that's not good. I think a state absolutely has standing when a group of other states collectively commit sufficient fraud to attempt to steal the election from the actual winner. The states, indeed all citizens, have an interest in the President who governs this country being the person chosen by the people, not someone chosen by China or a corrupt cabal. Only judicial option now is appeals by Donald Trump directly from cases in the 6 corrupt states. We know he has standing; Bush v. Gore proved that. We can only hope that they have an idea of how they want the case postured before them before they vote to determine who the President will be.
