There is one other thing that could get to “re-tooled Texas style lawsuit to SCOTUS” could be that POTUS sues 4 or more states just like TX did; until now POTUS and other parties had individual cases moving up the chain ... but taking one case for one state to SCOTUS would be rejected whether outright or upon hearing because one alone wouldn’t change things ... but more do. TBD + WWG1WGA :)
