But 30k of HE would eradicate the population of any enclosed space because of the overpressure. I still think the story is bs, but it is a happy thought. The F-16 that we know of supposedly crashed in MI. It wouldn't nor couldn't have carried that bomb neither does a unit of 50k chinese carry a missile capable of downing a fighter from 1100 miles.
Thanks, good info. The site looks (pre-revegetation) very much like a former oil or gas drill site, I see that shape and leveled scar look on aerials a lot. No word on size though that would have been easy to include. No LL coordinates so everyone could look at it either.
