I don’t discount that Scotus might not even be necessary after EO13848. Or, if EO13848 comes out that the information substantiates and bolsters all of the claims of voter fraud, then some.
The evidence? The best is yet to come!

I see the potential for Path 1, and then Path 2.
A Solomon sort of decision by the Supreme Court would recognize that the validity of all recent elections, at all levels, were questionable, going back several election cycles.
To rebuild our government with reliable elected positions would require holding new elections for every position from dogcatcher to president, with voter ID, proof of citizenship, in-person voting, with paper ballots, manual counting, and lots of military supervision.
During such a rebuilding of elected government, the use of the military and martial law would be necessary.
Even if the SCOTUS limited itself to only national offices, the House and Senate critters have no right to pretend to represent their states or districts when such proof of widespread fraud has been exposed. Governors have no right to appoint Senators when they have been exposed as having taken money from Dominion, or given money. And so forth.
It’s a big mess, and it will take a big clean-up.
That would assume the NSA is completely compromised as the FBI seems to be

Personally, I’d like to see Path 1 ensure victory, and Path 2 end up with massive arrests for treason. Because a LOT of people deserve to be hanged, Mussolini style, and we have lots of rope and lamp posts.
