Coleman was previously arrested on suspicion of DUI in August by police in Laguna Beach, and court records indicate she was charged with DUI and having a blood alcohol content over .08% in that incident.

A similar incident in Orange County happened a few years ago where a woman who was tanked out of her gourd killed three young people on Pacific Coast Highway. That driver got 51 years to life for murder.
Yeah, the OC will lock her up and throw away the key, no doubt.

I’m 58 and I still haven’t driven a Range Rover. Probably never will. But my paid-off Subaru Outback gets me around just fine .
I doubt very seriously Spitzer will cut her any slack considering the circumstances unless her Father can convince the Coroner to list the cause of death as COVID, which they might do anyway for the Extra Money

It may not be expensive to buy, but can still be expensive to operate and maintain. It seems likely that this was a second DUI incident for the young lady, but there hasn't been confirmation yet. There is always the possibility of equipment failure, texting, or a health event.
