If there is a repeatable pattern it is highly likely it was put there on purpose and should now be easily found where ever else it occurred. Follow the evidence comes to mind...instead of rushing to the Electoral College, now Legislatures should be rushing to do their homework.
This guy solved it mathematically using the data from the election and now the next step would be to see the software, and that’s also likely to be reflected in the data packets that was from the server in Frankfurt.
