Gov Abbott got his self into some hot water with reversing himself on reopening due to... ‘muh cases’, but he may have gotten himself out of the doghouse with this Texas suit, should it come to fruition. Though it was the Texas AG that filed it, still Abbott did visit the White House the day of the filing, so I think he’s clean. Just a bit wobblier than I’d like.

Mebbe so, mebbe not, guys w/money in Texas aren't impressed he's gonna have to be on his toes going forward. Plenty of conservatives there for a primary challenge.
