If the Moderna vaccine is, as advertised, 94% effective, then only about 64% of the population needs to elect to take it to effect “herd immunity”.
At least that 60% figure is what they’ve been telling us is needed for herd immunity up to this point.

Somebody, I don’t remember who but who would most likely working in a Biden administration, suggested the US should give other nations first priority for distribution. This means Biden would have to reverse the EO to accomplish that and it would be very public.
