Here’s the take away. Trump modified an Obama era EO that was targeted at Trump to now do the following:

giving government agencies special powers to go after ~~Trump~~[Democrats or anyone in MSM, Facebook, etc] if they could find any evidence he was involved in ‘foreign election interference’.
