Yes. I have read this EO numerous times since 2018 when it was signed. Thankfully the Richardson Post has acknowledged in 2020 that Trump went Nuclear.... except they forget to mention in the title that Trump finally went nuclear back in 2018. Instead, they write a click-bait article as if it was signed yesterday.
