According to my calculations, if GA, AZ and WI are flipped to Trump, he gets EXACTLY 269 EVs, kicking the election into the House of Representatives, where Trump WINS.
These are the three states that Rudy mentioned most prominently in his interview with Maria this morning.
Of course we should also win PA, MI and NV based upon evidence already presented by the Trump legal team ... but this is all so IFFY at the present time ...
Another unresolved Constitutional wrinkle is what happens if states are simply decertified from ChinaBiden, but not officially awarded to Trump. If that takes ChinaBiden below 270, but still "Ahead" of Trump, will that kick it into the House? TBD.

If a state would give up their electoral votes then it seems it would 50% + 1 of 538-37 = 501 or 251? Still doesn’t help Pres. Trump
Re=read your question. In the highly unlikely event that a state doesn’t present its EVs it is a majority that wins. All the states in question have the same problem fraud. As one goes they all go. If all the EVs are disallowed from the affected states, Trump wins 232-227. I think Trump will win with 279 AZ GA PA. If the SC imposes 2000 EST for polls closing because PA pissed off Justice Alito, Trump picks up 55 more as he was leading then in all. Less than he really won but I’ll take it. Great movie, but I need the ending. Who knows what they have to present @ SCOTUS.
