I am not sure of your thinking here. The thrust of this suit is that if the states named are allowed to violate constitutional restrictions on the electoral process then that would weaken that issue in all the other states; thus the state of Texas claims that they have 'standing' to file the suit.
The legal opinion is that SCOTUS probably will not accept the suit, BUT they might. It would be good if other states, like Florida, would join the suit.
If SCOTUS accepts the suit, and would almost certainly rule in Texas' favor, then it could lead to further filings.
