The jawline is different. Notice how Flynn’s jawline begins sloping up just past the mouth. The other guy’s jawline stays horizontal until it becomes obscured by the Christmas tree ornament.
I was just looking at the Texas case’s filing document and it looks like they are asking for a Dec. 11th date to both present their case, and allow amicus briefs to be presented. Here’s the schedule being proposed by Texas.
