“The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.”
************
Can other states join in?

Can individuals who know for a fact that they have been disenfrancihised by the four states actions, join in?

Can candidates for office in those states who feel that the states actions have prevented a fair election joing in?

Yes I would think any state could sue because citizens in other states ARE disenfranchised by criminals doing election fraud in other states. It nullifies our vote and our electors!

See the filing by Texas, against PA, WI, MI, and GA; case filed directly to the Supreme Court.
