I think all of his tweets are not as much for us as for the people he is taking about, I.e., letting them know that we know.
If these bad actors are being blackmailed, I think it is a good strategy to let them know our side knows too.

As for the LS tweets, I would take with a grain of salt.
I think so as well. His tweets are also serving the purpose of making EVERYONE do some thinking about what he could be putting out about THEM. It’s almost like he’s got all of the stolen FBI files that Hillary used for evil, but he’s going to use similar information for good.
