An amicus brief (friend of the court ) encourages the court to find with Texas. They may chose to go this way because the words and thoughts are their own They can tell the court how the theft of votes effected their own states with their own records and words.
Right. It’s just the things I’ve seen (as of my posting) appear to be more...press releases or statements rather than an actual filing.
But it could very well be that I’m just not seeing the correct documents. LOL
