My lens are incorporated into the transplanted lens. The prescription is permanent. I’m stuck with them.

Oh right, I forgot, you’re talking about the cataract lenses. Yes, that’s much harder to fix!

The only thing I know of is a lens swap. I guess your doctor would have to convince the insurance company that you’re not able to function with your current lenses to have them cover a swap. Probably need to go to a different cataract surgeon than the original. They don’t typically want to admit that they messed up. Or convinced you to get a lens that made them more money to your detriment.
