Just salad shrimp,celery and onion,cilantro and a dressing. I don’t think it’s the sheep, ground lamb, chops and leg are available. It used to either be available or could order. I guess it’s not a big seller here. I bake at very low heat for a long time, with curry seasoning.
Ive never had shrimp salad. I think it’s pretty common so I don’t know why not.
Dud you have your steak?
We had ham, scalloped potatoes (I made a small dish augratin for me), broccoli, and Portuguese rolls. I’ll make some ham stock tomorrow.
