1/ Someone asked me what I think Martial Law would look like in the U.S.? I think it will happen fast and hard using unmarked vans with troops raiding home’s and businesses to capture and arrest criminals. Perhaps a few Humvess parked along main streets for optics.
2/ Definitely temporary shutdown of communications and travel restrictions to make sure criminals can’t flee. Equipment and other evidence confiscated. I don’t believe those who are captured will be detained in the U.S. for Tribunals. They will be sent to off shore bases.
3/ I don’t know how long detainees can be held before a Tribunal hearing. Their rights to a speedy trial are suspended because the Constitution is temporarily suspended. They don’t have rights. But of course I could be wrong. The mission to capture and confiscate would be swift.
