Agree, Lil Farmer, pecan pie sounds like GA, to me.
When I picked up my GA peaches, this summer, they gave me a free bag of GA pecans. Those went fast, for baking.
I’ve always wondered why Georgia wasn’t called the “pecan state” instead of the “peach state”. I think SC produces a lot more peaches than GA!
North Georgia has some amazing apples tho, the apple festival there is very popular too.
