This is very similar case to the Florida case. Have his former colleagues on the bench or on the same team for that case will open doors to this one.
Three are on the team that shared pizza and beer in preparation for the original appearance before the other three. He probably is just part of the team but he is an important part. This is not a fraud case but a case of state law vs federal laws. Although he hasn’t appeared before scotus as often his record is excellent.
I understand, and wish him well. His record is not as good as Sekulow’s 12-0. Cruz has 9 cases and some were partial wins.
But no matter, I will be praying that God’s hand will be on whomever goes before the courts.
