I thought there wasn’t supposed to be software changes for a certain length of time before elections.
I don’t know about the length of time but I do know that any changes are supposed to be evaluated and recertified by the state. Looks like Fulton wasn’t and I know Gwinnett wasn’t.
I posted a while back the page from the dominion manual about how any changes require state certification, and then a news article with Coomer explaining that the changes he made in Gwinnett county were minor and didn’t need certification. 🙄
I think that federal law says that new software updates can not take place within 90 days of an election. This man filed a lawsuit October 1, 2020. Where was the republican party screaming out loud about this?
