Funny, this.
When I went to access the state website this morning (using Chrome) I received a ‘The information you’re about to submit is not secure’ message, even though I was logged into our VPN. The part I use is a secure website (not part of the public-facing webpages for the state).
Considering the Google issues, I decided to switch to Internet Explorer-which is the preferred browser for our system but will work in either-and did not get the ‘secure’ message logging in.
