Defendants- Possibility of fraud does not mean fraud occurred...
Me... Hello? They haven’t even had a chance to argue that their case of fraud.
Defendants are arguing to dismiss the case.
How can you prove fraud when you’re not allowed to examine the documents for fraud?
Then again, if there’s evidence of fraud from the German servers, why don’t they present it???
