The election should now be null and void. New information has come out that Dominion is partly owned by Joe Biden's brother-in-law's brother.

Valerie Biden Owens (Joe Biden's sister) is married to John Owens. His brother, R. Kevin Owens is a part owner of Dominion.

Valerie Biden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph R. Biden of Wilmington, Del., was married yesterday morning to John T. Owens, son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Owens of Garden City and Westhampton Beach, L. I.

The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Robert Keck, a Roman Catholic priest, in the chapel at the Church Center of the United Nations. After the ceremony the wedding party boarded the tugboat, Jane McAllister, for a cruise around Manhattan. A reception was held at the Carlyle.

Maureen M. Greco was matron of honor and R. Kevin Owens, the bridegroom's brother, was best man.
