Analysis so far is that SCOTUS rejected Texas suit because of PROCEDURAL REASONS AGAIN......not on merits (evidence).
Merits means NO ONE EVEN LOOKS AT THE EVIDENCE.
Supposely there could still be SCOTUS avenues (lesser) but TRUMP CAN NOW TAKE POLITICAL ROUTE.

No folks, while this was the avenue I personally thought had most heft, PA suit has still not been rejected by SCOTUS and more importantly, Trump could now conceivably put massive pressure on 27 Republican State Legislatures.
Adjust your expectations but don't give up at all yet https://t.co/vNjFYkpjBxβ EconChick/IntelChick (@MikayesFiona) December 11, 2020
Constitutional Attorney Matt Deperno says this now makes his DOMINION suit more relevant......listen to Greg Kelly on Newsmax..... says it's not over by a long shot....
Plenty more options.
We still need to hear from DNI on December 18 about whether Intelligence Community saw fraud.
I'm sure he'll say they did.
This is the political route.
Don't know if Trump tweeted this knowing SCOTUS decision or not, but doesn't matter....this was going to be State Delegation. https://t.co/LZ0RJcN614β EconChick/IntelChick (@MikayesFiona) December 12, 2020
Emerald Robinson said her sources at White House saying you can now expect pressure to be put on State Legislatures.
I haven’t been too impressed with the State Legislatures, at least in the battleground states, so far.
Hope of all hopes.
