IIRC in the years leading to the return of Hong Kong, Canada passed laws that allowed people to immigrate if they came with a certain amount of money ( in the millions?}. Many wealthy Hong Kong families sent one son to Canada who could later bring many family members.

In a very few years, housing anywhere near downtown Vancouver became unaffordable for middle class Canadians. Little bungalows were torn down and replaced by zero lot line mansions. Entire shopping malls became Chinese language, etc. it must be even moreso now.

The baby industry where wealthy Chinese come to US to have child and give the baby American citizenship is yet another way we are being set up for a major infiltration.
