Florida joined the amicus brief yesterday.

Amici curiae are the States of: Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia and Arizona.

What is/are the remedy provided, in this Texas suit?

Anyone know, offhand?

Hubby just asked and I said....maybe overturning the votes, in these states?

Not sure of exact remedy given, in suit.
