For the states who unconstitutionally allowed late mail in ballots, could the SC tell them to take the count at midnight election day? Or does the SC, if they rule in favor of TX, simply throw it back to the states to fix?

Sekulow only talked about the ruling making state legislatures pick electors, and if they cannot agree, the US House of Representatives would.

He did emphasize that SCOTUS cannot overturn the election themselves.

Be assured SCOTUS will take the coward's way out.

Remember how Chief Justice Roberts tied himself in linguistic knots to avoid making a decision on Obamacare based on actual law?

I don't expect any more from the Supreme Court than that - if they even deign to hear the actual evidence.
