I suspect that Texas had to wait until they had been ‘wronged’. And that didn’t occur until the various states had certified their election results.

What I’m wondering, though, is....let’s assume that the SC tells these 4 states they did it wrong and the legislature needs to decide the electors. Can’t the legislature just re-appoint the same electors? I know they’re Republican legislatures, but they don’t seem to have the stomach to do the right thing and fix this, either!

That makes sense.

I wonder also, what their legislatures will do. Without one court case proving fraud, they could say they are appointing who the people voted for.

I think the cases about fraud need to continue no matter what, or the fraud will continue. It needs to be proven, Dominion machines shown to be unsecure, the real vote of the election proven.

Unfortunately, Texas’ case might solve the election outcome, but it distracts from what really happened. Dems need to be shown for who they really are. Or they will give Trump even worse than they did the last 4 years. And will continue to steal elections.
