Is it legal to mandate flu shots? It's not like there is a National Emergency regarding the flu.

Are students even on campus? Businesses in NY are shut down, but students are on campus?

Insane. Does the institution receive federal funding?
I don’t know about students living on campus, but many college students are living in apartments near their campus. They are attending classes virtually but I doubt that they are staying in their apartments when not on their computers. They are testing positive in huge numbers, with almost none needing hospitalization and zero, in one survey, so far dying.
