A group of vultures is called a kettle, committee or wake. The term kettle refers to vultures in flight, while committee refers to vultures resting on the ground or in trees. Wake is reserved for a group of vultures that are feeding.
(wiki)

The vultures know what’s up. A wake for the elections.

For all of you who don’t seem to read very well. They are Federally protected game birds. So your suggestions of bird shot and bb guns could land someone in serious trouble.
You can harass them but you cannot kill them. These birds hate getting wet and cold so the best way to run them off is with a high pressure blast of water. I use a stainless steel water fire extinguisher it sprays with pretty good pressure and the air ads noise to it they hate it. I had about forty of them on my roof last spring. I sprayed them twice and they leave my house alone now. They roost in trees all over my neighborhood but not here anymore.
