I’ve not yet seen a copy of the contract - it was a surprise when the State of Georgia inadvertently disclosed that in their arguing that that the Court had no jurisdiction over the counties directly ... the confusion whereby leading Powell to submit the appeal which was denied pending the court itself to proceed.
Okay, thanks, I would love to see that contract. The jurisdiction was interesting, not sure I understand it quite yet.
