Nevada judge tosses Trump campaign’s election challenge
A District Court judge in Carson City on Friday ruled against an attempt by President Donald Trump’s campaign to overturn Nevada’s presidential election results, saying there was insufficient evidence to support fraud accusations.
Judge James Russell issued his order after hearing several hours of argument from attorneys representing both Trump and President-elect Joe Biden’s campaigns on Thursday.
Trump’s campaign echoed the president’s own calls of voter fraud and alleged that Clark County election staff failed to address 40,000 cases of double voting and thousands more illegal votes from the deceased or voters who do not live in Nevada.
Judge dismisses Trump lawsuit over voter fraud in Nevada
A Nevada judge has dismissed President Donald Trump’s campaign’s request to declare the president the winner in Nevada and nullify the election results. In his ruling, Judge James Russell also ordered lawyers for the campaign to pay the defendants’ legal fees.
Wow. Totally ingoring damning evidence is the standard now. But that means SCOTUS sooner.
Interesting within the same state, maybe pertinent with respect to underground stuff (?)- There was an approximately 5.0 earthquake over there yesterday and today there is a LOT of small ones around the area and they don’t follow the linear pattern that one that fractured 95 earlier in the year did.
If you go to the USGS earthquakes map, turn on satellite view the cluster is 25 km SSE of Mina right on top of an old gold mining area. The open pits are at SW area. I’m not seeing any portal/adit stuff around. Lot of volcanics around, and some of the quakes are as shallow as 2000 feet. I’d say 90-95% of them showed up since yesterday. There’s a trickle of slightly larger ones trending off east. If there’s some intrusive activity over there I’m gonna have to take some time off from work 😜
