Trump has made some progress at that but Sessions and Barr were terrible picks. The initial mistakes of appointing them are understandable, they had cred.

I can guarantee you that Comey, McCabe, Brennan and others love Session and Barr.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I don’t understand the reasoning behind your guarantee, so I’ll put up a few cents of my own.
The Deep State never wanted to be hanging by a thread and would have ended it in 2017 if it could have.
The Deep State would have won if only Sessions would resign instead of recuse, but he wouldn’t and so he stayed in taking a beating from the public and the POTUS until the gov rules of succession expired and a Deep Stater would not automatically advance to take control of the DOJ. During his tenure, he cleaned house and set in motion investigations that are almost ready for their public appearance.
As soon as the rules of succession meant President Trump could appoint someone to the position who was not limited to the title “ACTING” Ag, the person he appointed to replace Sessions was Barr. The Deep State would have won when Barr was appointed if he were a Deep Stater; all Barr had to do is let the DS continue the Mueller/Rosenstein farce. Barr could have piled on and worked with FBI to completely overwhelm the public with fake evidence of crimes.
Every day Barr remains in office, and the President remains in his office, is a day that proves Barr is a white hat.
President Trump would know the critical role the AG played in protecting The Great Awakening and, if nothing else, keeping him from being convicted of Treason. Sessions and Barr aren’t bad picks and the President hasn’t risked the fate of the world on careless or naive appointments.
That’s just my 2 cents.
Thanks for your input. I think you have some good points about Sessions.
I can’t agree with you about Barr but time will tell. Trump has to win now or it doesn’t matter at all. Trump could be the one in the docket if he loses. And it won’t take years.
I still have much hope about the election, which I think is priority 1 until it’s settled. It’s the entire ball game if we are to see actual justice done eventually.
Who was that guy that was acting-AG between Sessions and Barr? (tall, stocky, outspoken, bald)
He seemed to be a fairly kick-ass kinda guy.
