Williamson County (TX) went +9.5% for Trump in 2016, slightly better than the entire state of TX (+8.9%) that election. In 2020, Texas went +5.6% for Trump, but Williamson County was -1.4% for Trump. There are some pissed off people here, but you won’t see it because they have their kids in school and/or they are working.
A lot of Californians have relocated to Round Rock and to a lesser extent Georgetown, and Austinites moved north as well because of the very high rents down there.
