Yes, many reasons:
1. Half the electorate is devout Democrat
2. Half of the remaining half is RINOs
3. 3/4 of the remaining 1/4 is scared to death of losing their jobs, doxing, their girls getting punished.
4. That leaves 1/16 (maybe at best) willing to speak up.
