My thought is when the algorithm was overwhelmed that is where the fake ballots were filled out and that’s where the 4am vote dump came from. The electronic changing of vote had to have a paper ballot to end up in the batches. Trump broke the fraud scan by getting too many votes. They needed 200k at 4am and other 150k or so in the next few days.
We were watching Stephanopolis on election night, hoping to see him cry. For the first few hours, he was crestfallen and the rest of his pundits were somber. They KNEW the algorithm had been overwhelmed! Then, about 10pm, they began to perk up. The message must have been sent that trucks full of ballots were rolling.
