Me too! The trick would be the constitutional amendment that limits to 2 terms. But I would imagine that a constitutional convention of the states could waive it. We’re in seriously uncharted waters here. But the whole last 3+ years with Q has been uncharted. Nothing in law school and all my years working on matters involving all sorts of federal regulations and statutes prepared me for what has happened and is happening.

If it ends up being decided by the House the Constitution says that the House CHOOSES a President, it does not say they ELECT him, the amendment limiting the number of terms a President may have says he may not be ELECTED for more than two terms.
